A genuine deal has taken place, in which a user has scammed you (e.g., stolen money, failed to deliver marketing services, fake shoutouts, or selling fake/recycled content).

Disputes are not to be made for free leak requests or general disagreements.

The dispute is not being made in jest. Fake or joke disputes will result in a temporary ban, with repeat offenses resulting in a permanent ban.

There is valid evidence of a scam taking place; word of mouth will not suffice. You must provide screenshots of the transaction and conversation.
